What helps us investigate

• The page URL and a short description of what you expected and what happened.
• Your browser and device, plus the approximate time of the problem.
• For a chess issue, the relevant FEN or a small PGN example with personal details removed.
• For account access, your username and the email address associated with the account.

Never send your password, login cookie, or email verification code. Remove private game headers before sharing a file. A room invitation can grant access to a game, so share it only when it is necessary for support.
